What are you doing on Thursday, Dec. 2? Why not attend the Winter Concert, featuring the Guitar Ensemble and Concert Choir. Come hear a variety fo choral and guitar masterpieces. Not much of a classical fan? No worries! They’ll be performing a variety of pieces ranging from classical music to foriegn melodies to modern-day pop tunes.

Still not sold?

There will be a reception following the performance with a slideshow sharing memories of past performance. In addition, there will be cookies, punch and many other small snacks after the concert.

Great music, good food and reminiscing on moments from the hilarious to profound? All for the low, low price of zero dollars? Why would you want to be anywhere else? So, come on Thursday, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. to room G202, and enjoy the musical entertainment offered by the Guitar Ensemble and Concert Choir. Be there, or be square.

In addition, the Concert Choir will also be going on a day tour on Friday, nov. 12. They plan to attend a choir exchange with the Coon Rapids Campus, before continuing on to the U of M. At the U, the choir will be working with the choir director at the U in a clinic. They will then attend a choir concert at the U. Just one more reason to join the concert choir next term!
