Jennifer Eccles has accepted the Director of Nursing position. Her first day was Oct. 28. Eccles holds a bachelor of nursing and master of education degree from Lakehead University and a second master of nursing degree from the University of Ottawa. She has experiences as a teacher, staff nurse, nurse manager and clinical director. 
 
Dr. Kimberly Lynch has accepted the position of Interim Chief Information Officer of Anoka-Ramsey Community College. She will also continue to maintain her role as Dean of Innovative Teaching and Learning since the two positions are closely connected. According to Interim President Jessica Stumpf, “Kim has been an effective leader on both Anoka-Ramsey campuses through her active support of teaching and learning while serving as an English faculty member and as a dean.”
 
Four new nursing faculty started teaching at ARCC this fall. Kathleen Johnson and Leda Holder will be replacing Char Foss and Sandy Robins (they retired) on the CR campus, and Jennifer Tucker and Mary Baumgartner will be joining the Cambridge Campus. Kathleen is a women’s care nurse practitioner with her Masters in Nursing from Drexel University. Leda, has worked for the nursing department on a part-time basis. Leda received her masters in nursing from Metro State University and is a family nurse practitioner. ennifer Tucker will be working with the third semester students completing, maternal/newborn, pediatrics and mental health. Jennifer received her Master of Arts, nurse educator from St. Catherine’s University. Mary Baumgartner, has 12 plus years of acute care nursing experience and recently completed her master’s in nursing from Walden University.
